How Many Portions Do I Need For My Event?

If food stations are supplementary (for example, evening snacks after a wedding breakfast), allow around 60-70% uptake. If they are the main catering focus, plan closer to 100% of guest numbers.

For evening wedding food such as the Hot Dog Cart or Nacho Machine, we recommend catering for 80-100 servings depending on your schedule.

200+ Guests
